3Di lets you store all your schematisations and 3Di models within a central databank. This model databank acts like an online archive where you can review the history of edits and revisions on a specific schematisation: enabling you to keep track of all your models and simulations.
The 3Di model databank helps you to:
- Take full control of the latest versions of all your models.
- Quickly go back and forth between newer and older versions.
- Get full traceability and access to models used for studies, including custom settings for every simulation.
- Bypass locally stored schematisation – it’s all cloud-based.
- Easily set up models and simulations for peer reviews by other firms.
- Get immediate insight into the location of models on the map.
- Avoid consultancy firm lock-in – you control access to your models and simulations.
Keep track of everything
Every simulation you run is stored in the 3Di model databank. This includes the pivotal information that gives you all the specifics you need to know: the 3Di models used in the cloud, historical simulations, revisions, schematisation management, event settings e.g. the used rainfall events, specific actions, e.g. dike breaches, custom settings, and initial conditions.
Make a template of your simulations
Each 3Di model you use consists of a schematisation, a depiction of reality, and a simulation template. The simulation template is a prefabricated setup of a model that contains boundary condition time series, initial water levels, or different simulation settings. If you store a template of a simulation, you enable yourself to simulate different scenarios within the same model.
